1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You represent that you are at least 16 years of age. If you are between 16 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 16 to use the App, and we reserve the right to terminate access upon discovering that a user does not meet this requirement.

2. Description of the Service

Fast Cleaner VPN provides device-cleaning utilities, security-scanning features, and virtual-private-network ("VPN") connectivity designed for Android devices (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is distributed exclusively through Google Play. Feature availability, server locations, and supported device models may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Grant of Limited License

Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and operate the App on Android devices that you personally own or control, solely for your own lawful, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App or any portion of its source code;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the App's source code;
• Rent, lease, lend, sublicense, redistribute, or transfer the App to any third party;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or markings within the App;
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

4. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Engage in any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to other users or third parties;
• Use the VPN feature to mask illegal activity, circumvent lawful restrictions, or access content in violation of applicable laws;
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other malicious code into the Service;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, related systems, or networks;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, spiders) to access or interact with the Service without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App may offer optional paid features or subscription plans ("Premium Services") that unlock enhanced functionality. If and when Premium Services become available, the following terms apply:

5.1 Pricing & Billing

Pricing, billing cycles, and included features will be displayed clearly within the App or on the Google Play listing prior to purchase. All payments are processed through Google Play.

5.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions, where offered, renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period expires. Upon renewal, your Google Play account will be charged at the then-current subscription rate.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time through Google Play. To do so on Android:

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
3. Select Fast Cleaner VPN and tap Cancel subscription.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Premium Services until that date.

5.4 Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined by Google's refund policies. We do not process payments or refunds directly. For details, visit:

5.5 Price Changes

We may adjust subscription pricing from time to time. Any price increase will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following reasonable notice to you. Continued use of Premium Services after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Intellectual Property

The App — including its software, visual design, user interface, graphics, logos, icons, and all associated content — is the exclusive property of the Fast Cleaner VPN Team or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms conveys any ownership interest to you beyond the limited license granted in Section 3.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we gather, use, and safeguard your information. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The VPN functionality does not guarantee absolute anonymity or protection from all forms of surveillance or data interception. You acknowledge that no security solution can provide absolute protection and that you use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE FAST CLEANER VPN TEAM, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability, or ten US dollars (USD $10), whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Fast Cleaner VPN Team and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your infringement of any third-party right.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, and 12 shall survive any termination.

12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

12.1 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis.

12.2 Class Action Waiver

You and the Fast Cleaner VPN Team each waive the right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.

12.3 Opt-Out Right

You may opt out of the arbitration and class-action-waiver provisions by sending written notice to help@sunnysideau.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, mailing address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the revised Terms will be posted with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Fast Cleaner VPN Team operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.4 Non-Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.5 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may freely assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

13.6 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Fast Cleaner VPN Team regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
